Why Google Optimize?

Everybody knows why we should search engine optimize (SEO) our websites with articles made for that purpose. Studies have shown and corroborated that more than half (at least 60%) of the US population (one of the largest in the world) spend most of their time and in fact work online in their homes. And as this number grows even larger, success of many companies has become closely equated with the ability of their websites to gather patrons.

But why optimize for Google? If you’ve come across the recent survey results of the popularity of search engines by search volume, this would be a no-brainer for you. Google currently holds over 50% of the share that search engines all over the web facilitate. That’s at least 25% more than !Yahoo, MSN, AOL, and other search engines have.

If your website needs popularity, take it to where all the people are because that’s the only way you’ll get surfers to notice. Therefore, Google optimizing your website can only be logical.
